LifeWorks of Southwest General Hospital and All American Karate will be offering a 6 week Beginners Women’s Self Defense Course starting Saturday October 13, 2007 at 11:15 AM.

This course will be taught by certified Black Belts.  With the holidays approaching we will teach you how to Think Smart and Stay Safe!
