Classes

We offer a non-obligatory single FREE lesson introductory program to all new students. This program enables us to work one on one privately with a student to teach beginner basics. Classes available include group or private karate lessons for children and adults, an adult 6 week self-defense class, mixed Martial Arts – Grappling, aerobic “Kickin’ Body Sculpting,” as well as a program for children ages 5 to 6 known as “The Little Dragons.” Click here for more…
